MO Blues intends to hold the first local International Blues Challenge (IBC) since the onset of COVID. The winners of this local challenge will be sponsored by MO Blues at the IBC in Memphis, TN in February of 2023. The IBC in Memphis represents the worldwide search for blues bands and solo/duo blues performers ready for the international stage, yet just needing that extra big break.
